Rochelle Blood Drive Set at Faith Lutheran Church

ROCHELLE — The Rock River Valley Blood Center will hold a blood drive at Faith Lutheran Church, 14206 E. Flagg Rd., on Tuesday, January 13, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. RRVBC provides blood for 14 area hospitals and collects more than 800 units each week from nine counties in Illinois and Wisconsin. Donors are encouraged to reserve a donation time at RRVBC.org, though walk-ins are welcome. Maggie Anderson, Marketing and Recruitment Specialist with the Rock River Valley Blood Center, said “After the holiday season, blood supplies often run low while hospital demand remains high. Donating blood is a simple way to make a powerful difference in someone’s life.”
