SPRINGFIELD — Governor Pritzker believes a proposal that would help relocate the Bears to Arlington Heights is inching closer to approval. The governor says the megaprojects bill that passed the Illinois House last week “is within the framework” of a deal that the team would be willing to agree to. However, he did acknowledge the bill needs changes as it moves through the Senate. The Illinois Senate is in session this week.
