POLO — The Polo City Council voted Monday night to cancel 2025 property taxes that were set to pay two city bonds. The $51,472.50 tax for the $650,000 2022 bond for the storm sewer project and the $79,000 tax for the $1.23 million 2024 bond for the new city hall will not be collected, with city revenues covering the debt instead.
