SYCAMORE- A crash Tuesday morning at the intersection of Peace Road and Freed Road in Sycamore sent a 21-year-old Sycamore woman to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Deputies say a pickup truck driven by a 63-year-old Sycamore man reportedly entered the intersection from Freed Road without yielding and struck the woman’s southbound car. The man suffered minor injuries but declined transport. He was cited for failure to yield at a stop intersection.
