OREGON — The City of Oregon recognized Chris Manheim, president of Manheim Solutions Inc., for eight years of work in economic development and planning Tuesday night. Officials said his work included creating “Just the Facts” brochures used to recruit businesses. Oregon Mayor Ken Williams also highlighted his work to help local companies secure federal loans and grants during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“All the businesses had to do was bring in their docs. He’d tell them what it is. He’d tell them what loans or grants they would qualify for,” Williams noted. “And many thousands of dollars reached our business community because of what Chris did.”
The mayor said that his contributions were instrumental in guiding a path to success in Oregon.
