Oregon City Council Approves $10,000 Grant for VFW Repairs

OREGON  — The Oregon City Council has approved a $10,000 grant to help the VFW Post 8739 with building repairs. The funds will go toward new flooring in the dining hall, kitchen floor repairs, and future work on the parking lot. The VFW is working to update the space to make it more useful for events and gatherings. The grant comes from the city’s ARPA funds, which have also supported other local projects.
