Oregon Appoints Tom Pacey to Fill Vacant City Council Seat

OREGON — The Oregon City Council unanimously approved the appointment of Tom Pacey to temporarily fill a vacant council seat Tuesday night. Pacey will serve through April 30, 2027, with the person elected to the seat taking office May 1. The appointment was made within the 60 day period required to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of Council Member Tim Krug. The temporary appointment will maintain representation on the council until voters choose a successor in the April 6, 2027, election
