OREGON – Ogle County’s residential tire collection event is being held today from 8 a.m. to noon at 909 Pines Road in Oregon. Residents may drop off up to 10 used or waste tires for $2 each, cash or check only. Tires from cars, light trucks, motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and lawnmowers will be accepted, with or without rims. Business, agricultural, fleet, and semi tires are not accepted. The event is for Ogle County residents only. Appointments are required, and limited standby space may be available.
