It’s been a busy couple of days for the Ogle County Sheriff’s Office.
Tuesday morning, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 1500 block of South Illinois Route 2. 45 year old Kenneth Wolf of Rock Falls was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and for an active Lee County warrant for Failure to Appear. Wolf was also cited for No Insurance and Suspended Registration. Wolf was transported to the Ogle County Jail and given a Notice to Appear with a return court date for driving on a suspended license. Wolf was detained on the Lee County Warrant.
Monday afternoon, Deputies were called to the Rolling Meadows Trailer Park in Davis Junction in reference to a threat. Deputies then charged 32 year old Joseph Simmons of Davis Junction with disorderly conduct. He was given a notice to appear in court.
Also on Monday, Deputies made a traffic stop in the 5,000 block of North Illinois Route 251 and cited 28 year Shaylee Rainwater of Rockford for Driving While License Suspended, No Insurance, and No Registration. She was given a notice to appear in court.
Deputies made a traffic stop Monday afternoon in the 4,000 block of North Illinois Route 251 and cited 34 year old Markqual Cole of Rockford for Driving While License Suspended and Suspended Registration. He was given a notice to appear in court.
Deputies conducted a traffic stop Monday evening in the 4000 block of North Illinois Route 251 and arrested 36 year old Richard Rodriguez of Rockford for Driving While License Suspended and two active Rockford PD warrants for Domestic Battery. He was also cited for No Insurance and Improper Display of Registration. He was transported to the Ogle County Jail and given a notice to appear in court. Rodriguez was left in custody on the warrant with no bond.
Also Monday afternoon, Deputies made a traffic stop in Byron and charged 35 year old Charles Littard of Rockford for Driving While License Suspended. He was released with a future court date.
