POLO — Ogle County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a vehicle fire on Monday afternoon around 2:00 PM near South Freeport Road and West Robin Road. A northbound minivan driven by a 50-year-old man from Davis Junction caught fire. Authorities determined the blaze was accidental. No injuries were reported, and no citations were issued. Deputies were assisted by the Polo Police and Polo Fire Department.
