ROCHELLE — Police are asking for the public’s help after a memorial was reported missing Wednesday, Feb. 11 near Holcomb Bank at East Highway 38 and North Caron Road. The Rochelle Police Department said the memorial included a white cross with the name Nathan written in blue letters along with a fishing rod and tackle box, and officers have contacted nearby businesses and roadway agencies which confirmed they did not remove it.
