GENOA — State lawmakers announced two upcoming Medicare 101 events in partnership with the Illinois Department on Aging’s Senior Health Insurance Program to help seniors navigate their healthcare coverage. The free informational sessions will be held Oct. 21 at Genoa City Hall and Oct. 22 at the Freeport Public Library, with experts on hand to answer questions and explain Medicare options.
