PLAINFIELD — Illinois State Police are charging two people in connection to the Plainfield man whose remains were found in Lake Mattoon Sunday night. Boaters found an arm floating in the water and it was later identified that of 38-year-old Dalewayne Turner. Shortly after the discovery, 26-year-old James Adams and 62-year-old Robin Turner were identified as suspects. A search warrant was executed at their Plainfield home and the two were arrested and charged with concealing a homicide and dismemberment.
