DEKALB – The DeKalb City Council this week approved a bar liquor license with gaming for Hades Top LLC, doing business as Jazzy’s Spot at 870 West Lincoln Highway. The council also updated city rules for trees and shrubs, supporting a $255,000 grant from the Morton Arboretum and helping the city work toward Tree City status. Both measures passed unanimously.
