ROCHELLE — The 28th annual Lincoln Highway Heritage Festival will take place at Atwood Park from August 15th through the 17th, moving temporarily from its usual downtown location because of ongoing construction. The festival will feature a variety of entertainment including performances by Rolling Whiskey, Blue Steam, Ballet Folklorico de Colores, and High Infidelity, dance performances, a parade, and family-friendly activities.
Heather Simo said the car show is also moving this year.
“We always do the car show on Saturday. This year, it’s going to be down at the park, too. So St. Paul Lutheran and the street beside it is where the car show’s going to be.”
