ROCHELLE – The Kiwanis Golden K of Rochelle will host its annual pancake breakfast on Saturday, April 11, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Rochelle, located at 1100 Calvin Rd. Tickets for the community event are priced at $9 for adults, while children ages 14 and younger may eat for free. Chartered in 1986, the Rochelle Golden K chapter consists of over 60 members dedicated to the Kiwanis mission of “serving the children of the world”. All proceeds from the fundraiser stay within the community to support local youth programs and service organizations, including the Rochelle Christian Food Pantry and various school-based leadership clubs.
