Illinois Ranks Fourth in U.S. for Financial Impact of Evictions, Study Finds

SPRINGFIELD – Illinois ranks fourth on a list of states facing the biggest financial impact from evictions. Highland Cabinetry surveyed rental markets nationwide based on factors including eviction likelihood, average rent costs, and home sizes. According to the study, Illinois faces a potential rent loss of $208.6 million.
