Illinois Lawmakers are advanced a Chicago Bears “Megaprojects” bill out of the House Wednesday as it now goes to the Illinois Senate for a vote.
State lawmakers are considering tax breaks for big construction projects. This includes the Bears building a new stadium in Arlington Heights.
The NFL team is also considering a site in Indiana.
The Bears say that more changes are still needed for them to pursue the location in Arlington Heights.
