SPRINGFIELD — Governor JB Pritzker has ordered all United States and Illinois state flags to be flown at half staff at buildings covered under the Illinois Flag Display Act in honor of Chicago Firefighter EMT Michael Altman, with the Illinois Department of Central Management Services directing agencies to lower flags through sunset tonight.
