HILLCREST – Ogle County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a 65-year-old Rochelle man on a battery charge following a disturbance involving juveniles allegedly riding ATVs in the 400 block of Hillcrest Avenue Wednesday evening. Three juveniles from Rochelle were cited for allegedly operating an ATV on the roadway. The man, identified as Timothy R. Ball, a Village of Hillcrest trustee since 2015, was released on a notice to appear in court.
