ROCKFORD — A 54-year-old Green Bay man died Thursday after a crash on Interstate 39 near mile marker 115, according to the Winnebago County Coroner’s Office. Investigators said Jeffrey Quinn was driving south when he crossed the northbound lanes and went into a ditch. Quinn and another person were taken to area hospitals, where he died about an hour and a half later. Several emergency agencies responded, and Illinois State Police are investigating.
