WASHINGTON — Gas prices showed little change this week, with the national average for a gallon of regular gasoline rising two cents to $3.16. Crude oil prices remain steady in the mid-$60s per barrel, supported by abundant supply as OPEC+ plans to increase production again next month following several boosts earlier this year. According to the American Automobile Association, local prices include $3.16 in Ogle County, $3.26 in Lee County, and $3.30 in DeKalb County. Prices remain lower than a year ago, when the national average was $3.46.
