ROCHELLE — Changes Counseling will provide free depression screenings on Oct. 6 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Flagg-Rochelle Public Library in recognition of National Depression Screening Day. Licensed therapists will conduct screenings in English and Spanish and offer referrals. Appointments can be made by calling 815-501-2088.
