BAILEYVILLE — A 74-year-old Forreston man was taken to the hospital with minor injuries Thursday afternoon after a two vehicle crash at North Hollywood Road and West Green Road, according to the Ogle County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies said the man was driving a pickup southbound when he allegedly failed to yield at a stop sign and struck an SUV driven by a 45-year-old Orangeville woman. Both vehicles sustained heavy damage, and the Forreston driver was cited for disregarding a stop sign.
