FORRESTON — Forreston Junior and Senior High School will host the 38th annual Farm Toy and Craft Show on Saturday, March 14, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the high school. The event will feature farm toy and craft vendors and exhibitors, along with competitive farm display entries for youth in multiple age brackets, including a voter’s choice award. Admission is $3, and children 5 and under are free. Organizers said there will be a lunch stand with homemade desserts and meats from Eickman’s Processing, as well as a silent auction and raffles. The 2026 show tractor is a 1/16 scale Minneapolis Moline 4 Star gas tractor with a commemorative plaque and sticker, available for $75 while supplies last. Proceeds from the event support Forreston FFA programs.
“It’s fun for the whole family. Of course vendors are in there selling models of different farm equipment and then crafts as well. So if you need to do some birthday shopping, there you go. If you need an anniversary gift, guys, there you go,” said Josh Bolen, alumni vice president with the Forreston FFA.
