ROCHELLE – The Flagg-Rochelle Park District received a clean audit for the 2025 to 2026 fiscal year, with auditors issuing an unmodified opinion on its financial statements. The district ended the year with $22.2 million in total assets, $5.4 million in cash and investments and $8.78 million in capital assets. Its net position increased by about $412,000, while total fund balances increased by $113,000 to about $4.3 million. The district also had a $454,000 net pension asset and was 123% funded through the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund.
