ROCHELLE — The Flagg-Rochelle Community Park District Board on Monday approved a preventative maintenance program for the REC Center after frustrations with a previous vendor. The new contract with H2I Group will include an annual site visit and the ability to complete repairs, such as nets, winches, batting cages, and basketball equipment, usually within 24 hours. The cost of the program is $12,718.
