OSWEGO – The family of a toddler who was killed when a car crashed into a west suburban Oswego Portillo’s last month is suing the restaurant chain. The parents of two-year-old Finnegan McKee claim the eatery’s parking lot design and lack of safety barriers created a deadly hazard. Police say the July 25th collision into the packed restaurant appears to be an accident. Thirteen others were injured.
