FAA Considering Limits On Daily Flights At O’Hare

CHICAGO – The FAA held a meeting last week with airlines and Chicago aviation officials to discuss capping operations at 2800 takeoffs and landings per day during peak periods. Officials say the move could reduce delays and address concerns about air traffic control staffing and ongoing construction at the airport. A final decision is expected in the coming weeks.
