DIXON – A 46-year-old Dixon man was arrested on July 2nd and charged with six felony counts of disseminating child pornography. The arrest followed a joint investigation by the FBI, Illinois State Police, and the Illinois Attorney General’s Office, who conducted a search of a residence belonging to Heath Knipple in the 1200 block of Fourth Avenue. Each charge carries a potential sentence of up to 30 years in prison. He was granted release from custody during a pretrial hearing Monday.
