DeKalb Increases Fines for Tobacco Sales

DEKALB  – The DeKalb City Council approved new rules last week that raise fines for selling tobacco to minors, increase license fees, and penalize late renewals. The changes follow concerns about tobacco and hemp-derived THC sales in stores. The city will monitor compliance with regular inspections. The measure passed unanimously.
