DEKALB — A 21-year-old DeKalb County man was charged with misdemeanor reckless conduct after deputies responded Sunday night to a report of a loud noise and a hole in the ceiling at an apartment in the 1300 block of North Annie Glidden Road, where an investigation found that Zachary Piquett discharged a firearm toward the floor while changing an attachment. No injuries were reported.
