DeKalb Council Approves $83K Incentive for Heartland Bank

DEKALB  – The DeKalb City Council approved $83,000 in TIF funding for Heartland Bank at 205 South Fourth Street to pay for utility upgrades and site improvements for the bank’s move. Council members said the project will help improve the downtown area and encourage private investment. The measure passed unanimously.
