Deere Reaches Settlement In Repair Services Antitrust Case

MOLINE — Deere & Company has reached a settlement to resolve right to repair antitrust litigation filed in 2022 and pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. The agreement brings the case to a close with no finding of wrongdoing. Under the settlement, the company will place funds into a class settlement fund for distribution to class members and to cover legal and administrative costs. It will also continue to provide customers and service providers access to repair tools, manuals and diagnostic software. The settlement is still subject to court approval.
