ROCHELLE — The Flagg-Rochelle Community Park District will host a Lunch & Learn workshop on Thursday, Oct. 30, at The REC Center, 802 Jones Road, from noon to 1 p.m., where participants can develop skills to handle challenging customer interactions. Attendees will practice real-world scenarios, learn conversation recovery techniques, and connect with colleagues while enjoying a lunch catered by Rochelle Community Hospital. The session, led by etiquette expert Elizabeth Bockman of Everyday Etiquette, is open to individuals 16 and older and costs $10, with registration closing one week prior to the event.
