A walk-off home run by Michael Conforto in the 9th inning Monday night gave the Chicago Cubs a come from behind 5-4 win over the Cincinnati Reds at Wrigley Field.

The Cubs had tied the game up in the 9th with a sacrifice fly by Nico Hoerner.

Seiya Suzuki also had a 3-run home run in the game for Chicago who has won 6 straight games and 12 in a row at Wrigley Field.

Ryan Rollson was the winning pitcher in relief.

The Reds had home runs from JJ Bleday and KeBryan Hayes.

Game 2 in the 4-game series will be Tuesday night.
