Ryan Rolison pitched a scoreless inning to get the win in relief.
Skubal gave up 2 runs on 4 hits over 6 innings. He had 6 strikeouts.
Kyle Tucker had a solo home run for the Dodgers.
The Cubs look for the 3-game sweep in the series Wednesday afternoon.
