The Cubs had home runs from Sieya Suzuki and Michael Busch in the 2nd inning. Kyle Tucker also drove in 2 runs.
Caleb Thielbar picked up the win in relief for Chicago.
Arizona had home runs from Corbin Carroll and Tim Tawa.
The Cubs go for the 3-game sweep in the series Sunday afternoon.
