Creston Trustees Review Property Maintenance, Sidewalks, and New Home Construction

CRESTON — Village trustees on Tuesday reviewed property maintenance concerns, housing construction updates, and sidewalk repairs. Letters were sent to owners of neglected properties, and an abandoned vehicle may be towed. Trustees discussed several new homes under construction and directed staff to cite a homeowner for a missing sidewalk. The board also plans to map and budget future sidewalk replacements starting next spring.
