ROCHELLE – The Creston/Caron Road pavement improvement project has officially begun this week. The nearly 2-mile project will include curb replacements, asphalt surface removal and replacement, new asphalt shoulders, storm sewer and inlet replacements, and new pavement markings and striping. The construction area will be closed to traffic, with completion expected by May 21st.
