City Officials Thank Volunteers for Successful Lincoln Highway Heritage Festival

ROCHELLE – Mayor John Bearrows and the Rochelle City Council recognized volunteers from the Lincoln Highway Heritage Festival for their work in making this year’s event successful at the meeting last Monday night. Officials praised the small committee, noting that less than a dozen members managed much of the planning and execution. Council members said they saw volunteers working hard throughout the festival and thanked them for their dedication to the community event.
