ROCHELLE – Changes Counseling celebrated 15 years of service with a community ice cream social Friday at its Rochelle office on North Main Street. Since 2010, the organization has offered confidential counseling to individuals, couples, youth and families across rural Illinois through a team of licensed therapists.
Owner Christine Novak said anyone in need or with concerns are more than welcome to stop by.
