The countdown is on for the return of ByronFest 2026, bringing three days of live music, carnival rides, food, family entertainment, and community events back to downtown Byron July 10–12, 2026.
Organized by the Byron Area Chamber of Commerce, the annual summer celebration is expected to once again draw thousands of visitors to the heart of Byron for one of northern Illinois’ biggest hometown festivals. Festival organizers have already begun unveiling portions of the 2026 entertainment lineup, with music scheduled across both the Constellation Stage and the Byron Lions Club Stage throughout the weekend.
Festivalgoers can also expect the return of the Taste of ByronFest, beer gardens, carnival midway, parade, quilt show, children’s activities, magician performances, tournaments, and the popular ByronFest Idol competition.
