BYRON — Construction of Byron’s new Public Works building is nearing completion, with punch list items and walkthroughs underway and plans to begin moving in by the end of the month, according to city officials. Landscaping and a grand opening are planned soon. Separately, the city authorized a survey of an Illinois Department of Transportation parcel transfer related to the Wastewater Treatment Plant, with Fehr Graham preparing the plat and survey work.
