- At 0332, Joshua C. Eco, 28, Rockford, was cited for operating a vehicle with suspended registration in the 600 block of E. Blackhawk.
- At 1705, officers responded to a two-vehicle crash without injuries in the 700 block of W. Blackhawk involving a 2015 Hyundai driven by David C. Jenkins, 61, Byron, and a 2016 Ford driven by Jessica A. DeVries, 36, Stillman Valley. Jenkins was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, no valid driver’s license, illegal use of electronic communications device, and possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle. He was taken into limited custody and released with a notice to appear.

- At 1410, officers responded to a two-vehicle crash without injuries in the 100 block of N. Union involving a 2005 Toyota driven by Duane D. Linscott, 51, Byron, and a 2017 Subaru driven by Colleen J. Demay, 82, East Moline. No citations were issued.
- At 1559, William M. Castillo, 34, Cicero, was cited for operating a vehicle without valid proof of insurance and operating while license suspended in the 100 block of E. Blackhawk. He was transported to the Ogle County Jail, processed, and released with a notice to appear.
