Byron Elementary Playground to Close for Turf Upgrade

BYRON – Construction at Mary Morgan Elementary School in Byron will begin today, as crews replace the grass area around the playground with artificial turf. The project is expected to take three to four weeks, and the playground will be closed and fenced off during that time for safety. Families, students, and community members are asked to stay clear of the area until work is completed.
