BYRON – Byron Bank is inviting community members to honor veterans and service members through its Community of Gratitude campaign. Beginning in October, people can visit any Byron Bank location and complete a star recognizing a veteran, active duty service member, Reserve or National Guard member. The stars will be displayed throughout November at the bank’s locations in Byron, Davis Junction and Poplar Grove. Byron Bank will also host Coffee for Veterans from 9 to 11 a.m. Nov. 6 at all three locations, with free coffee and cookies. The bank will be closed Nov. 11 for Veterans Day.
