Karl-Anthony Towns led the Knicks ith 28 points and 11 rebounds for his NBA-leading 39th double-double for the season.
Jalen Brunson also had 19 points for New York.
The losing streak for the Bulls is the longest since January of 2019 when they lost 10 games in a row.
Matas Buzelis had 15 points for Chicago.
The Bulls are back home Tuesday night when they host Charlotte.
