Leonard Miller had a career high 26 points and 11 rebounds for the Bulls.
Tre Jones also had 31 points and Collin Sexton 27 for Chicago.
Washington has now lost 24 of their last 25 games. They have the worst record in the NBA at (17-63).
The Bulls are home Friday night against Orlando.
