Boutros Takes Oath Of Office As US Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois


CHICAGO  —  Andrew Boutros is the new United States Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois.  Boutros took the Oath of Office yesterday after being appointed by Attorney General Pamela Bondi.  He previously served as a federal prosecutor in Chicago for nearly eight years before entering private law practice.  Boutros has selected Morris Pasqual, who served as Acting United States Attorney for the past two years, to be the Office’s First Assistant United States Attorney.
